Asahi Brewery is known for making ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo and is relatively young Sagakura or Sake Brewery, having started only in 1948.

Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo 720ml

The Dassai 23 is made from Yamada Nishiki genmai brown rice. With the rice milled down to the lowest percentage of all Dassai sakes of only 23% (hence the name Dassai 23), this is one of the best sakes that give particular credence to its rice milling process.
