Inky black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of black plum, liquorice and black cherry are trailed by toasty vanillin oak, fennel and spice. Lavish black plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits flood the opulent full bodied palate with a hefty dose of vanillin oak, scorched earth and spicy fennel ensuing. Velvet smooth tannins have a sturdy underbelly. Ample power finishing very ripe and lush.
