In a fine, joyful effervescence, the intensity of the crystalline gold color is reminiscent of a yellow diamond.
On the nose, the rectilinear purity of this vintage is vivid. As it warms in the glass, Rare Millésime 2008unfolds infinitely fragrant accords of orange blossom, hyacinth and white flowers. This is followed by vanilla blossom, a touch of fresh coconut, and aromas of Williams pear and almond.
On the palate, aromatic sensations multiply: notes of fresh, just-cut pineapple, passion fruit, kiwi, coconut and tangy citrus. Finally, the remarkable, iodized finish, punctuated by salinity, prolongs this discovery of pure, infinite spring.
