The ripe fruit and savoury elements combine together with supple tannins and a fine acid backbone providing structure to this well balanced wine, finishing with a lovely persistence of fruit. XANADU EXMOOR CHARDONNAY
A medium bodied Chardonnay offering apples and stone fruits with a delicate creamy texture derived from lees stirring.COLOUR – Pale straw. NOSE – The bouquet of this fresh, fruit driven Chardonnay displays rock melon, pear and grapefruit characters with underlying hints of nectarine and straw. Oak only plays a supporting role, yet its subtle influence adds another layer to the fruit aromas. PALATE The palate is medium bodied offering pome fruits and zesty citrus flavours with a delicate creamy texture derived from lees stirring. A bright refreshing wine; crisp and dry, with a lingering fruit finish.
