💓功效:大补元气,固脱生津,安神,治劳伤虚损,虚咳喘促,及久虚不复。
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 分量 : 3~4人份

👩‍🍳 建议煮法
材料:汤料一包,肉类三百克,2-3升清水。
1. 将所材料有冲洗一回。把肉类飞水。
2. 将所有材料倒入锅中,把水加入。
3. 以大火将药材煮滚,随后以文火煨煮最少一个半小时。
4. 加入适量酱油或盐,趁热上桌。
👩‍🍳Preparation
Ingredients: One packet of soup ingredients, 300g of meat, 2 litre of water.
1. Rinse all ingredients once. Blanch meats.
2. Place all of them in a pot with 2-3 litre water.
3. Bring to boil and turn down the fire to simmer for at least 1 and a half hour and serve hot.
4. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
